If you lost your badge, notify your building principal immediately and request a new badge.  Note below that you may have to pay for the replacement.


As of Tue, Aug 7, 2018:

If your badge is lost, we will replace it for you. However, if it is your third time of it being lost, you will be charged a $5 fee for a replacement badge. If your badge becomes broken or defective in anyway, the badge will need to be returned to the Central Office and a new one will be issued free of charge.

A badge is counted as a lost badge when your old badge is not returned when you receive the newly printed badge.  A replacement badge (such as a returned broken badge at time of printing) does not count toward your lost badge count.
