If your badge is not working on doors, it could be that your badge is not programmed for the doors. An easy way to check if you have a bad/broken badge is if you can still access the copiers. If you can access the copiers, the badge is fine and please submit a helpdesk ticket with the door(s) that didn't work. If the copier won't work either then you have a bad/broken badge, please contact your building secretary to request a replacement badge.
If you just received a new badge, it should work on the doors but you might have issues with the copier...please submit a helpdesk ticket or see your building technology specialist.
