Please do the following to ensure a full shutdown and restart of this District Chromebook or personal Chromebook. Locate the power button on this Chromebook and push it until you get a pop-up and choose the "Power off" or "Shutdown" option. Then once the screen goes black, as in the device is turned off, either push the power button twice to power the device back on or shut the lid for a moment and reopen it. After a few moments the Chromebook will turn back on and then please log into the chromebook to test your issue again.
