Amplify Support will ask you a series of questions, tell them you are a parent, Tell them you are working with Amplify Reading K-5 and explain the problems you are having. Note: During summer school (6-1-2020 to 6-29-2020), please give them the email address of our summer school coordinator sara.renken@district145.org because Amplify Support will be able to look up the student's account this way and can then troubleshoot the problem.
