Once logged into the chromebook, Open a Chrome Shell (CROSH) terminal by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T.
Type: ping 8.8.8.8 then press the Enter key
You should get something back that says "64 bytes from 8.8.8.8..." repeating every second
Stop the ping by pressing the Ctrl + C.
Type: ping google.com then press the Enter key
You should get something back that says "64 bytes from..." repeating every second
Stop the ping by pressing the Ctrl + C.
Type: ping espn.com then press the Enter key
You should get something back that says "64 bytes from..." repeating every second
If that works then you are able to get to your DNS and websites should be loading ok.
If you are still having problems, I would suggest rebooting it by: Force Chromebook Restart (Reboot)
