To see who changed their preferences and why they are not getting emails or notifications...it could be because the parent changed their preferences.
- Log into SchoolMessenger
- Go to Reports
- In the "Other" section, open: Contact and Preference Changes
- If you don't know when it was changed, just search back 9000 days (24 years).
- Once the webpage comes up, search the webpage Command+F (Control+F on a PC) then search for the student's ID.
- You will see the user of the person that made the change in the "Modified By" column.
Client Column:
ASPCustomer = District employee
SMApp Android = Parent
SMApp Web = Parent
Modified By = user that changed it (if blank then user no longer exists, could be parent email that is no longer in SchoolMessenger)
