How do numbers and email addresses get on the Blocked Lists?

Numbers and email addresses can only be added to the blocked list in one of two ways: Either by an individual user manually adding an entry to the list or by the system automatically adding a disconnected phone number or invalid email address to the list. How to search the blocked list?

  1. In SchoolMessenger, go to the System tab, then the Blocked Lists sub-tab.
  2. Note: There are two separate blocked lists: one for phone/SMS numbers and one for email addresses.
  3. Click on one.  In this example, we clicked Email Addresses.  (Below there is an example of Phone Calls / Text Messages)
  4. Type in the email address in the search box and click Search.
  5. Find the contact you want to unblock and click Delete to remove the block.
  6. Here is an example of a phone number search, you can simply search for the phone number in the following format: 4027862321 then click Delete to remove the block.
  7. Done!
