So you are missing some local printers such as the FollowMe_BW or FollowMe_Color in your Google Chrome browser but are able to see them in System Preference under printers. You can try a few things to resolve this issue:


  1. Check for pending Google Chrome updates by clicking on the Google > About menu. Then either check for an update or apply the update if it says to restart
  2. Try printing again, if the FollowMe_BW and FollowMe_Color are listed again you are successful! Otherwise move on to the next step
  3. This step involves reseting your Google Chrome Settings to force Google Chrome to check for System Printers again. Don't worry you won't lose anything as it's backed up to the cloud as long as it doesn't say "Paused".
  4. Go go the following URL chrome://settings/reset. Then click on "Restore settings to their original defaults" and follow the prompts
  5. Quit and relaunch Google Chrome
  6. Login to Google Chrome in the upper right corner where it says "Paused"
  7. Once logged in and linking your data, all your bookmarks, extensiions etc will come back
  8. Try printing again, if the FollowMe_BW and FollowMe_Color are listed again you are finally successful!
