  1. Pull up the student > More > Student Devices > Device Breakage tab > Record Device Breakage.

    1. Select the device

    2. Change the status to ‘D145 Diagnostics’. From there the building tech will set the status to the next levels as needed such as: out for repair, internal repair, etc.

    3. Breakage Date defaults to today

    4. Breakage Details - type what the breakage was (key missing, cracked screen, etc) and the ticket number submitted to the helpdesk.

    5. Click Submit Breakage
