Pull up the student > More > Student Devices > Device Breakage tab > Record Device Breakage.
Select the device
Change the status to ‘D145 Diagnostics’. From there the building tech will set the status to the next levels as needed such as: out for repair, internal repair, etc.
Breakage Date defaults to today
Breakage Details - type what the breakage was (key missing, cracked screen, etc) and the ticket number submitted to the helpdesk.
Click Submit Breakage
