Missing
Go to Quick Device Check-In
Scan/Enter the asset tag
Set the unassign date
Put in a reason
Change status to Missing
Add known details about it missing including the helpdesk ticket number so a replacement gets charged.
Click Unassign Selected Device
If the device is found and needs to be re-assigned then use Quick Device Check-Out then use Manage Devices change the Status to Deployed and clear out the status details (notes about being missing).

Stolen
Go to Quick Device Check-In
Scan/Enter the asset tag
Set the unassign date
Put in a reason
Change status to Stolen
Add known details about it being stolen including the helpdesk ticket number so a replacement gets charged.
Click Unassign Selected Device
