To reset a user's voicemail pin (aka TUI Passcode):
- Go to the MiCollab admin webpage > Users and Services.
- Search for a user and open that user.
- On the Phones tab near the bottom, type in the new PIN into the TUI Passcode box and again the Confirm Passcode box below it.
- Click SAVE.
Set a passcode for the user's Telephone User Interfaces. This passcode allows the user to access voice applications, such as a (NP-UM) voice mailbox and is also used as the Hot Desk User Login PIN.
