To reset a user's voicemail pin (aka TUI Passcode):


  1. Go to the MiCollab admin webpage > Users and Services.
  2. Search for a user and open that user.
  3. On the Phones tab near the bottom, type in the new PIN into the TUI Passcode box and again the Confirm Passcode box below it.
  4. Click SAVE.


Set a passcode for the user's Telephone User Interfaces. This passcode allows the user to access voice applications, such as a (NP-UM) voice mailbox and is also used as the Hot Desk User Login PIN.
