When requested by a district support technician, please do the following so they can see your screen and assist you.
- Go to: https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
- If you are on a chromebook, you may be prompted to install the app. That is your choice but it is not needed.
- Click on the Remote Support tab the click Generate Code

Give the code to the district support technician helping you.
- After the district support technician connects, you will get a pop-up box and need to click Share (to share your entire screen). If you have multiple screens, you are sharing all your screens.
- If you need to stop the screen sharing session, you may click the "Stop Sharing" button at the bottom of the screen at any time.
- Note: this will end the screen sharing session.
If the district support technician disconnects, they will need a new code generated to reconnect.
