When requested by a district support technician, please do the following so they can see your screen and assist you.

  1. Go to: https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
    1. If you are on a chromebook, you may be prompted to install the app.  That is your choice but it is not needed.
  2. Click on the Remote Support tab the click Generate Code

  3. Give the code to the district support technician helping you.

  4. After the district support technician connects, you will get a pop-up box and need to click Share (to share your entire screen).  If you have multiple screens, you are sharing all your screens.

  5. If you need to stop the screen sharing session, you may click the "Stop Sharing" button at the bottom of the screen at any time.
    1. Note: this will end the screen sharing session.

If the district support technician disconnects, they will need a new code generated to reconnect.
